Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. ArtisanDeLuxe.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
ArtisanDeLuxe.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed

ArtisanDeLuxe.com is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on ArtisanDeLuxe.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free Ground Shipping (5 days)
Your order should arrive 5 business days after shipping if ordered by 3:00pm (PST). Please note that 2-day orders placed after 3:00PM (PST) Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive 5 business days after shipping. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments.
FedEx Standard 2-day Air - Free Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only)
Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 3:00pm (PST). Please note that 2-day orders placed after 3:00PM (PST) Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments.
FedEx Standard Overnight Air - $25 Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only)
Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following business day. Every order is subject to review. After 3:00PM EST, orders will be shipped the following business day. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments.
Making a Return
- Online purchases made through artisandeluxe.com may be returned within 14 days of the ship date.
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
- Complete the return form and include the appropriate return code to help us serve you better in the future. Include this form with your shipment.
- Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.
- Affix the pre-paid FedEx return label to the box and drop it off at a FedEx pick-up location.

Upon receipt of returned goods, ArtisanDeLuxe.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
Purchase price will be credited. Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 1-844-314-3929. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Credit Card Use
- American Express
Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Artisan DeLuxe order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in CA or OH only.

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via email or by calling 1-844-314-3929. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
You may cancel any Artisan DeLuxe web order as long as the order status is "in process” by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.
